Common use of Determination of Costs, Expenses and Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Determination of Costs, Expenses and Expenditures. Subject to the limitations and determinations hereinafter prescribed and the provisions of the Agreement, Operator shall be reimbursed for all costs, expenses, expenditures and fees by or on behalf of Operator in connection with the provision of the Services. Such reimbursement shall include any necessary Direct Costs (as defined in Paragraph 3 below) and the applicable portion of the Management Fee (as defined in the Omnibus Agreement).
