Determination of Energy Offers Used in Calculating Locational Marginal Prices. (a) To determine the energy offers submitted to the PJM Interchange Energy Market that shall be used to calculate the Locational Marginal Prices, the Office of the Interconnection shall determine which resources are following its economic dispatch instructions. A resource will be considered to be following economic dispatch instructions and shall be included in the calculation of Locational Marginal Prices if:
