The Manager shall be empowered to decide, in its good faith judgment, any questions arising with respect to this Fund or to this Agreement, and to provide for matters arising hereunder but which are not specifically set forth herein, as the Manager may deem to be in, or not opposed to, the best interests of this Fund.
