Common use of Determination of Number of Shares under Performance Share Award Clause in Contracts

Determination of Number of Shares under Performance Share Award. The number of Shares issuable under (i) the revenue component of your Performance Share Award (the “Revenue Performance Share Number”) will be equal to a percentage of the target number of Shares stated in your Award Notification for the revenue component (“Revenue Target”) and (ii) the TSR component of your Performance Share Award (the “TSR Performance Share Number”) will be equal to a percentage of the target number of Shares stated in your Award Notification for the TSR component (“TSR Target”), in each case as determined below. 

Determination of Number of Shares under Performance Share Award. The number of Shares issuable under (i) the revenue component of your Performance Share Award (the “Revenue Performance Share Number”) will be equal to a percentage of the target number of Shares stated in your Award Notification for the revenue component (“Revenue Target”) and (ii) the TSR component of your Performance Share Award (the “TSR Performance Share Number”) will be equal to a percentage of the target number of Shares stated in your Award Notification for the TSR component (“TSR Target”), in each case as determined below.

The number of Shares issuable under (i) the revenue component of your Performance Share Award (the “Revenue Performance Share Number”) will be equal to a percentage of the target number of Shares stated in your Award Notification for the revenue component (“Revenue Target”) and (ii) the TSR component of your Performance Share Award (the “TSR Performance Share Number”) will be equal to a percentage of the target number of Shares stated in your Award Notification for the TSR component (“TSR Target”), in each case as determined below. .
