Determination of Parameter Achievement Factors. As soon as practicable after March 31, 2007 (or March 31 of any Fiscal Year beginning in a Renewal Term), Corporation’s CEO, with the approval of the Compensation Committee will evaluate the extent to which Corporation and Executive have met the Report Card and Personal Expectation parameters and determine the Parameter Achievement Factors for Fiscal 2007 (or such Fiscal Year).
