Determination of Rabbi Trust Liabilities. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Distribution Date, Duke Energy shall cause the Duke Energy Actuary to determine the total benefit Liabilities as of the Distribution Date under the Financed Nonqualified Plans using the actuarial assumptions set forth in Schedule E attached hereto.
