Common use of Determination of Sold Receivables Clause in Contracts

Determination of Sold Receivables. On and as of each Transfer Date, each Receivable then owned by each Originator and not previously acquired by Buyer shall be sold immediately upon its creation (each such Receivable sold immediately upon its creation pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) above, individually, a “Sold Receivable” and, collectively, the “Sold Receivables”).
