Common use of Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount Clause in Contracts

Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the amount payable on the Stated Maturity Date for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall equal the sum of the Adjusted Values of each Underlying Equity Security. In the event that the Calculation Agent makes an Ending Price Adjustment due to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, the payment by the Company of the Maturity Payment Amount will be postponed until the date three Business Days after the date of determination of any such Ending Price Adjustment.
