Common use of Determination of the Value of Excess Materials Inventory Clause in Contracts

Determination of the Value of Excess Materials Inventory. The value of such excess Materials inventory will be determined by multiplying the quantities of each type (part number) of Materials so determined to be excess pursuant to paragraph 8.4.3 above by the actual price(s) paid by Contractor for the Materials.
