Determination of Yield and Rate Periods. (a) From time to time, for purposes of determining the Rate Periods applicable to the different portions of the related Class Net Investment and of calculating Yield with respect thereto, each Class Agent shall allocate its related Class Net Investment to one or more tranches (each a “Portion of Investment”). At any time, each Portion of Investment shall have only one Rate Period and one Rate Type. For the avoidance of doubt, at any time when the related Class Net Investment is not divided into more than one portion, “Portion of Investment” means 100% of the related Class Net Investment.
