Determination or Enforcement of Rights. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 14.2, 14.3 and 14.4 hereof, Purchaser or SCPPA may determine, protect and enforce its rights under this Agreement by a suit or suits in equity for specific performance of, or declaratory action with respect to, any obligation or duty hereunder or thereunder.
