DETERMINATION, STATEMENT AND CERTIFICATE SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. Except where otherwise provided in this deed any determination, statement or certificate by the Note Trustee or an Authorised Signatory of the Note Trustee provided for in this deed is sufficient evidence of each thing determined, stated or certified until proven wrong.
