Common use of Determination to Discipline Clause in Contracts

Determination to Discipline. If the xxxx determines that disciplinary action for cause should occur, the xxxx shall prepare a formal statement of the charges which shall be served on the employee. The employee will be accorded an opportunity to rebut the charges.
