Common use of Determinations by Administrative Agent are Conclusive Clause in Contracts

Determinations by Administrative Agent are Conclusive. The Administrative Agent is required or authorized by this Agreement to make various determinations, allocations and administrative decisions. When made by the Administrative Agent, all of such determinations, allocations and administrative decisions shall be conclusive and binding upon each of the Parties.
