Common use of Determinations by Administrator Clause in Contracts

Determinations by Administrator. The Administrator (as defined below) shall make all interpretations, rules and regulations necessary to administer this Agreement, and such determinations of the Administrator shall be binding upon Employee. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Administrator” shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
