DETERMINATIONS BY LANDLORD. Whenever in this Lease Landlord is to make any determination or decision, Landlord will make its determination or decision in the exercise of its sole discretion and judgment; however, any such determination or decision will not bind Landlord if it has not been confirmed in writing.
