Determinations by NASCAR Clause Samples

Determinations by NASCAR. Except where expressly stated otherwise, whenever this Agreement provides or permits NASCAR to make a determination regarding a matter, NASCAR may make such determination in its sole judgment and discretion, and such determination may not be challenged, amended, voided or nullified on the ground that it was incorrect or unreasonable.
