Determinations By the Borrower. All provisions contained herein requiring the Borrower to make a determination or assessment of any event or circumstance or other matter to the knowledge of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower shall be deemed to require the Borrower to make all inquiries and investigations as it determines are reasonable in the circumstances before making any such determination or assessment.
