Determinations Conclusive. All opinions, determinations, certificates, calculations, quotations and decisions given, expressed, made or obtained by GTJAFX as to a matter, rate or an amount due from the Client will (in the absence of gross negligence or wilful default) be conclusive and binding on the Client.
