Determinations of Covered Unrevised, Infirm Claimants Benefits. 8.2.1 Claims under the Covered Unrevised, Infirm Claimants Program will be evaluated by the Claims Processor based on their merits, the Claim Package, the contemporaneous Medical Records provided by the Enrolled Claimant, and any other terms of this Agreement.
