Determine Interest and Ownership. The Citizens Appraiser shall, as appropriate or as necessary under the terms of the policy at issue, or in the case of loss to property which may be subject to covenants, restrictions, or the interest of third parties, including but not limited to, condominium and homeowners associations, determine that part of the damaged property which falls within the ownership or responsibility of Citizens’ policyholder.
