Common use of Determining Days Clause in Contracts

Determining Days. In computing the number of days for purposes hereof, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (unless only business days are specified); provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the final day shall be deemed to be the following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. A "business day" shall mean any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
