Common use of Determining Prepayment Amounts Clause in Contracts

Determining Prepayment Amounts. The "Prepayment Amount" attributable to any Contract covered by a Loan shall be an amount equal to a pro rata portion of the unpaid principal and accrued interest on such Loan based on a ratio in which the Borrowing Limit of the Contract shall be the numerator and the aggregate Borrowing Limits of all Contracts covered by such Loan shall be the denominator.
