DEtfINITIONS. For the purposes of these clauses:
1.1. personal data", "special categories of data", "processing of personal data", "controller'', "processor'', "data subject", and "adequate protection" shall have the same meaning as in Regulation (EC) 45/2014.
1.2. ECB personal data" shall mean personal data which are transferred by the ECB to the NBRM in the context of this Memorandum of Understanding.
1.3. NBRM personal data" shall mean personal data which are transferred by the NBRM to the ECB in the context of this Memorandum of Understanding.
1.4. data importer" shall mean the controller who agrees to receive from the data exporter personal data for further processing in accordance with the terms of these clauses and who is not subject to a third country's system ensuring adequate protection;.
DEtfINITIONS. 1 .01 Full-time Employees Full-time employees are those Employees who are regularly scheduled for and guaranteed forty (40) hours per week in five days or less in one classification and in one division. Collective Agreement Brinks Canada Limited Page 2
1 .02 Part-time Employees Part-time employees are those employees who are not regularly scheduled nor do they regularly work forty (40) hours or more per week. Part-time employees shall not be guaranteed a specific number of hours of work per week.
DEtfINITIONS. County" means Lyon County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, and its Board of County Commissioners, county manager, any county department or board identified herein, its officers, employees and immune contractors as defined in NRS §41.0307. "Independent Contractor" means a person or ehtity that performs services and/or provides goods for the County under the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract. "Fiscal Year" is defined as the period beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year. The County and the Independent Contractor are also referred to as "parties" in this Contract.
