Common use of Deutsche Bank AG Clause in Contracts

Deutsche Bank AG. London Branch is hereby appointed as agent of the Bank, to act as London Paying Agent, London Issuing Agent and Transfer Agent for the purposes specified in this Agreement and all matters incidental thereto, including, inter alia, completing, authenticating and issuing Notes, upon the terms and subject to the conditions specified herein and in the Notes.
