DEVELOPER AND/OR LANDOWNER ONE-YEAR WARRANTY. Final Acceptance does not waive the requirement of the Developer and/or Landowner to provide a one-year warranty on the installation of City water and sanitary sewer following the Final Acceptance provided for the purposes of this Agreement.
