Common use of Developer Assignment of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Developer Assignment of Agreement. Developer’s rights and obligations under this Agreement may be assigned by Developer to one (1) or more purchasers of all or part of the Property; provided the City Council of the City must first approve and consent to any such assignment by Developer of this Agreement or of any right or duty of Developer pursuant to this Agreement; which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
