Developer Investment. The Developer shall make or cause to be made a total capital investment of not less than Thirty Million and no/100 Dollars ($30,000,000.00) in the development and construction of the Project. Such investment shall include the net proceeds of the Bonds (as defined herein) together with all other funds expended for the Project.

Developer Investment. Developer shall make or cause to be made a total equity investment in the purchase of the bonds (as discussed in Section 3.01(D)) of not less than Five Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($5,550,000.00) in the development and construction of the infrastructure, plus an additional amount for bond issuance costs of approximately $225,000.
