Developer Responsibility to Indemnify. A. Compliance with Law and Regulations. Developer shall, in the performance of this Agreement, comply with and give all stipulations and representations required by all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. Developer shall also require such compliance, stipulations and representations with respect to any contract entered into by Developer with others (pertaining to the work covered by this Agreement) as may be required by all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
