Developer Royalty. In the case of Gross Receipts received by or credited to Fig from Fig Sales, Fig shall pay to Developer the Developer Royalty relating thereto in accordance with Section 2.5.4. The Gross Receipts received by Fig less the Developer Royalty will be retained by Fig as the corresponding Fig Share.
