Developer’s Environmental Indemnification. Developer shall indemnify, pay on behalf of, defend and hold the City, the RDA, and their respective agents, officials, employees, representatives, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any loss, damage, claim, fine, penalty, assessment, liability, or other charge or claim, and all costs (including, without limitation, reasonable legal, accounting, consulting, engineering, and similar expenses incurred with respect to such matter and/or incurred in enforcing this indemnity):
