Development Agreement Controls. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Specific Plan, the General Development Plan, the Large Lot Map conditions of approval, and/or the conditions of approval for any tentative subdivision map for the Project, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the obligations of the Infrastructure Financing Plan.
