Common use of Development Agreement Only Clause in Contracts

Development Agreement Only. This Agreement constitutes a development agreement only. Nothing herein is intended, nor shall it be construed, to create any employer/ employee arrangement, partnership arrangement or other relationship between or among the parties except as expressly provided herein; and nothing herein is intended to grant to either party any right or interest in or to the assets, business or interests of the other party, nor the right to bind the other party except as expressly herein provided.
