Development Amount. The Authority shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 27, pay to hubco the Development Amount in consideration of the performance by hubco of its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement. The Development Amount shall be a lump sum fixed price for the carrying out of hubco's obligations under the Agreement and shall not be altered or adjusted in any way whatsoever (and hubco shall not be entitled to any payment in respect of the Works or this Agreement) except in accordance with the express provisions of this Agreement.
