Development and Commercialisation Reports Sample Clauses

The 'Development and Commercialisation Reports' clause requires a party, typically a licensee or partner, to provide regular updates on their progress in developing and commercializing a product or technology. These reports often include details such as milestones achieved, sales figures, marketing activities, and future plans, and are usually submitted on a set schedule (e.g., quarterly or annually).
