Development and Integration Sample Clauses

Development and Integration. Company will develop and integrate the Services for use with the Bitcoin Digital Platform in accordance with the Service Addendum and the other requirements that Ministerio de Hacienda may provide to Company from time to time. Company will provide Ministerio de Hacienda with the Technology required for Ministerio de Hacienda to use or make available the Services for the Bitcoin Digital Platform as contemplated in a Service Addendum. Company will provide a dedicated integration and development team and all development resources necessary to fully integrate and develop the Services.

Development and Integration. Vital Images will use its best efforts to integrate Toshiba’s SurePlaque option into Vitrea® 2. In addition, once Toshiba has made its stent visualization software and its myocardial perfusion software available to Vital Images, Vital Images will use its best efforts to integrate such options into the “VitalCardia” package.

Development and Integration. Continued collaboration on product is a shared goal of the parties. Vital Images will use reasonable and prompt commercial efforts to integrate new Products as defined in the Development Agreement into its Product solution, when and if such Products are made commercially available.

Development and Integration. (a) Within [***] of the Effective Date, Allscripts and the Company will reasonably cooperate to create a mutually satisfactory, sufficiently detailed, written specification (the “Integration Specification”) that describes the desired level of functional integration between Allscripts Payerpath and Allscripts Practice Management and the Subscription Software Services, along with the technical details and delivery dates (preliminarily defined in Exhibit B) related to achieving the functional integration as set forth in Exhibit G. (b) The Company and Allscripts will each commit appropriate resources needed to complete their respective responsibilities with respect to the functional integration indicated by the Integration Specification as further described in Exhibits A and B hereto. The Company and Allscripts will each have the development and integration responsibilities assigned to it and described in the Integration Specification and will each be responsible for their respective costs associated with such responsibilities and in performing all other tasks assigned to it under the Integration Specifications. The Company and Allscripts will each use commercially reasonable efforts to complete their respective responsibilities in the Integration Specification within the time frames set forth in Exhibit B.
