Development and Land Use Control Sample Clauses

Development and Land Use Control. Effective immediately upon approval of this agreement, the Town of Merton shall have control over comprehensive planning, official mapping, and land divisions of the properties transferred. All land divisions shall comply with Chapter 18, Subdivision and Platting, of the Town of Merton Code of Ordinances. In addition, all land divisions are required to comply with the Town of Merton Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Waukesha County Development Plan and the Waukesha County Shoreland and Floodland Subdivision Control Ordinance.
