Licensee shall have the sole right to determine the Trademarks to be used with respect to the Exploitation of the Licensed Product on a worldwide basis, provided that the product labeling and promotional materials disclose that the Licensed Product are delivered using the Licensed Process and include the Licensed Trademarks.
