Development Collaboration Program. Performance by INX and WLV. From the Effective Date and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, INX and WLV each agree to perform, or have performed, the Development Collaboration Program as approved and agreed to by the Development Committee for the development of Licensed Product(s) through preclinical and clinical trials. Each party shall be obligated to perform, or have performed, such work as they have each proposed in accordance with the Development Collaboration Plan, provided, however, that the obligations of INX to perform such work shall be limited to the FTE's supported by the development and support fees paid by WLV.
Development Collaboration Program. From the Effective Date and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, INX and 3M agree to perform, or have performed, the Development Collaboration Program as approved and agreed to by the Joint Development Committee ("JDC"); provided, however, that the obligations of INX to perform such work shall be limited by the development and support fees paid by 3M pursuant to Article 5.
