Development; Compatibility. DEVNET shall provide its own development tools for the development of the DEVNET Property Tax Software System as described herein. DEVNET will also be responsible for setting up a testing and development environment within its own offices for such purposes. DEVNET will from time to time, as new versions of Windows Software are made generally available by Microsoft Corporation, use commercially reasonable efforts to make the DEVNET Property Tax Software System compatible with such new versions of Windows Software.
