Development Disparity for BioNTech Products. In recognition of the fact that the Parties do not intend for the Development of BioNTech Products to take precedence over the Co-Development Products and vice versa, the Parties agree to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to ensure that the Development of both such products are treated equally.
