Development Efforts; Status After Termination. (a) The Marketing Agent and Sponsor shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to develop any Related ETFs or Similar ETFs which the parties have agreed to develop pursuant to Section 6.1 or Section 6.2. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, the parties shall bear their own costs and expenses connected with any such development.
