Development Financing Assistance. As authorized by the Project Plan and subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent, terms, conditions, and limitations contained herein, the Authority shall provide assistance in development financing to the Redeveloper in an amount not to exceed $350,000.00 to support the acquisition of the Property and construction of the Redevelopment.
