Development License by AstraZeneca. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Transaction Agreements, AstraZeneca hereby grants to Moderna a [***], non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license in the applicable AstraZeneca Field, with the right to grant sublicenses pursuant to Section 3.6, under the AstraZeneca Background Technology and AstraZeneca Collaboration Technology, solely to perform the Services and Development Pool Services in accordance with the terms of the Transaction Agreements.
