Development Manager's Limited Liability Clause Samples

Development Manager's Limited Liability. No general or limited partner in or of Development Manager, whether direct or indirect, or any disclosed or undisclosed officers, shareholders, principals, directors, employees, partners, servants or agents of Development Manager or any of the foregoing or any investment advisor of Development Manager (including any assignee or successor of Development Manager) or other holder of any equity interest in Development Manager, shall be personally liable for the performance of Development Manager's obligations under this Agreement. Development Manager shall not be liable for, and Owner expressly hereby waives any right to make a claim for, any consequential or punitive damages.
