Development of Applicable Servicing Criteria. If the Master Servicer determines that any Relevant Servicing Criteria are not applicable to the Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer so requests, the Primary Servicer shall cooperate with a Master Servicer in developing a subset of the Relevant Servicing Criteria that are applicable to the Primary Servicer based on the activities it performs with respect to asset-backed securities transactions taken as a whole involving the Primary Servicer and that are backed by the same asset type backing the Certificates.
