DEVELOPMENT OF BCDR PLAN. 2.1 The BCDR Plan shall unless otherwise required by the Customer in writing, be based upon and be consistent with the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 5 of this schedule 5 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Provisions).
2.2 The Supplier shall ensure that its Sub-contractors' disaster recovery and business continuity plans are integrated with the BCDR Plan.
