Common use of Development of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Development of Intellectual Property. Any improvements to Intellectual Property items listed on Exhibit 1, further inventions or improvements, and any new items of Intellectual Property discovered or developed by Consultant or their Employees, if any, during the term of this Agreement shall be the property of Customer. Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to perfect the rights of in such Intellectual Property, including the filing and/or prosecution of any applications for copyrights or patents. Upon request, Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to assign the rights to such Intellectual Property to Customer.

Development of Intellectual Property. Any improvements to Intellectual Property items not listed on Exhibit 1A, further inventions or improvements, and any new items of Intellectual Property discovered or developed by the Consultant or their EmployeesSubconsultant, if any, during the term of this Agreement shall be the property of Customer. The Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to perfect protect the rights of the Client in such Intellectual Property, including the filing and/or prosecution of any applications for copyrights or patents. Upon request, the Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to assign the rights to such Intellectual Property to Customerthe Client.

Xxxxxxx Xxxx, representing Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to perfect the rights of in such Intellectual Property, intellectual property including the filing and/or and or prosecution of any applications for copyrights or patents. Upon request, Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to assign the rights to such Intellectual Property to Customer.

Consultant Xxxxxxx shall sign all documents necessary to perfect the rights of eAuto in such Intellectual Property, including the filing and/or prosecution of any applications for copyrights or patents. Upon request, Consultant Xxxxxxx shall sign all documents necessary to assign the rights to such Intellectual Property to CustomereAuto.

Development of Intellectual Property. Any improvements to Intellectual Property items listed on Exhibit 1B, further inventions or improvements, and any new items of Intellectual Property discovered or developed by Consultant or their Employees, if any, Consultant’s Personnel during the term of this Agreement shall be the property of CustomerConsultant not withstanding Company’s right to acquire such Intellectual Property on terms agreeable to Consultant and Company. Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to perfect the Company will not acquire shop rights of or an interest in any way in such Intellectual PropertyProperty by virtue of the development, including the filing and/or prosecution of any applications experimentation, or adaptation for copyrights manufacture, sale, or patents. Upon request, Consultant shall sign all documents necessary to assign the rights to such Intellectual Property to Customeruse.
