DEVELOPMENT OF REVISED LTCP. A. Prior to the effective date of this Order on Consent, Respondents shall submit a revised LTCP that is fully responsive to the Department’s written comments and in conformance with the terms of this Order on Consent, the Respondents’ respective SPDES permits, the CWA and its applicable regulations, the CSO Control Policy, as adopted at 33 U.S.C. §1342(q)(1), and the ECL and its applicable regulations in 6 NYCRR Parts 750 and 703.
