Development of Technological Platforms. (a) Provision of technical assistance, equipment, software, training and workshops to support the development and implementation of SINAP subsystems, including SURE, SINIT, RENOT, CIEF; and the Borrower’s Sistema Nacional de Información Municipal; and (b) provision of technical assistance and equipment and carrying out of works (upgrading of buildings) to finance the telecommunication network necessary for services related to SINAP to reach decentralized offices and remote Project areas.
